When I joined Quantum as a designer and developer early in their exploration of games, my first test project to familiarize myself with Godot and basic algorithms was a cereal box-style word search. After developing the Crossword Creator, I rapidly prototyped a total rework of the project, using conversational context clues, delivered through a dialogue manager, to cue players into finding hidden words.
